Refund Policy

At VLS Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 5-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers are required to send the product back to our Delhi address at their own expense. Refunds will be issued only for the product value and will not include courier or shipping charges.

If you receive a broken, defective, or damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange pickup and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy if you are not satisfied with the product. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The return request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • All tags, labels, and original seals must remain intact.
  • A valid reason for return must be provided.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds are applicable only on products purchased directly from VLS Wellness. Products purchased through third-party sellers may be subject to different policies.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened personal care and hygiene products.
  • Custom-built or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Products returned after the 5-day return period.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events unless otherwise stated.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our support team with your order details.
  • Our team will review the request and provide return authorization if approved.
  • Securely pack the product with all original accessories and documents.
  • Ship the product to our Delhi address at your own expense.
  • Once received, the product will be inspected by our quality team.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Refund within 7–10 working days.
  • Net Banking / UPI – Refund within 7–10 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Refund via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Wallet Payments – Refunded to the original wallet account.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide order details and the reason for exchange.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed after receiving the original product.
  • Price differences, if any, will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Shipping Costs

For standard returns due to dissatisfaction, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Only the product value will be refunded.

VLS Wellness will bear return shipping costs in the following situations:

  • The product was received damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product description significantly differed from the received item.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Only part of an order is returned.
  • The returned item shows signs of use.
  • Accessories or components are missing.
  • The product is returned in a condition different from its original state.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must follow the return process after delivery.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange pickup and replacement at no additional charge.
